Bored in the House, in the House Bored

We are living in uncertain times with schools being closed, people working from home, and most states are in lock-down. Many Americans have found themselves staying at home now more than ever. It can easily get boring fast, especially if there are young children at home. If we as adults are starting to get bored and tired of being stuck at home, imagine teenagers and children.

Here are some activities almost everyone can do to pass the time:

· Have a costume night dinner party

· Baking pastries

· Scavenger Hunt (young children will love this activity)

· Bring out those dusty old board games

· Read the book you have been wanting to read but have not had time to do so

· Get a workout in (everyone’s favorite)

· Video games

· Puzzle games

· Decorate that room or start a project you have been meaning to do for years, but have not had a chance to get around to doing

· Social Media

· Take a long, scenic drive

I hope some of these ideas were helpful and could be of use to some of you. If you are out on the road, take your time and drive safe. Just remember to keep a positive view, take it day by day, and just breathe.
